Family Hand-Off plan (optional)
Text a task with the steps to whoever is home; a text when a load has sat wet too long (timed to a teen's shift if you like); snap the pile and get an answer (adults and teens only); rule updates. Offered only after you have cards; never required for the scan pages or the share link. The texts go to one named person and are not kept.
$4 a month or $29 a year
Ask a laundry expert
A named person, same day: quick answer by text, or a written verdict on an expensive garment. Not open until the expert's name, shop and photo are on the page.
$5 ยท $25
Done for you, and ask a laundry expert
Done for you, $49 once. You email one photo of the dial and any notes from your nanny or service to one named person. They build the house set and the helper sheet, send the print-shop order so a finished set arrives from the counter near you, and delete your photo and notes once it is sent.
Ask a laundry expert: not open yet. Before anything is for sale here you will see the expert's name, shop, years in the trade and photo. $5 will get a text answer the same day, after you send a photo of the care label and the fibre content; without that photo the answer is only which cleaner to call. $25 will get a written verdict on an expensive garment that starts with the care label and the fibre content: treat it at home with these steps, or send it out, and to whom.
