Start with the stain.

Scan your QR card or use the free lookup. Pick what made the mark. A photo can’t always tell grass from paint, so start with what you know.

Ask, check, then tick.

A grown-up checks the care tag and chooses the cleaner. Open the stain’s checklist. Pick “Just happened” or “Already dried”, then tick the steps as you do them.

Send an honest update.

Choose what you see: still there, looks gone, or need help. Share or copy a note with your finished steps and a link to the guide. You choose the person and press send in your own messaging service.

There is no automatic parent message or family account. Your ticks stay in the current browser tab.
